What a complete answer looks like.

A service description tells a patient what a physician does. A complete condition page tells a patient what is happening to them, which is the question the answer engine was asked.

The four parts

In the pages tracked, citation frequency rose with coverage of four things: what causes the condition, what the options are, what recovery involves, and what an evaluation appointment actually consists of. Pages carrying all four were cited materially more often than pages carrying one.

Length was not the variable. A short page that answers all four outperformed a long page that answered one at length.

Why the fourth part matters most

What an evaluation involves is the part almost no practice site states, and it is the part a hesitant patient asks about. It is also unambiguously first-party: no directory or textbook can supply it for a given physician.
